It's been a long time since we employed movers other than military ones. Rich and his crew moved our 2 bedroom home across town in a jiffy. They worked quickly and kindly. We would use them again if we ever had to relocate!

I had some large furniture, and they took extra care to wrap it in blankets and secure it in the truck. Communication was great—they gave me an estimated time for delivery, and everything arrived on time without any issues. They made the whole long-distance move so easy and stress-free.
What impressed me most was how efficient the movers were. I had a small house move, and they finished sooner than I thought possible. They stayed polite and focused, never rushed but never wasted time either. The whole process went smoothly, and all of our stuff was in its place when we arrived. I moved into a top-floor unit in an old building with no elevator, and the stairwell was tight with weird corners. My couch barely made it up, and they had to rotate it what felt like a hundred times. They kept a sense of humor about it and never made me feel bad for the hassle. I appreciated that more than anything else during the whole move.
The fact that everyone took responsibility and pitched in made a difficult situation much less stressful. We really appreciate your timely and friendly service and would recommend you to anybody.
