They showed up delinquent and didn't follow our instructions, causing us to miss important deadlines. It was a costly and unprofessional mistake on their part.
They helped me relocate a small office, and it went better than I imagined. The movers worked efficiently, respected fragile electronics, and organized everything at the new location. The transition was simple and completely stress-free.
I moved into a top-floor unit in an old building with no elevator, and the stairwell was tight with weird corners. My couch barely made it up, and they had to rotate it what felt like a hundred times. They kept a sense of humor about it and never made me feel bad for the hassle.
