Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC is fantastic! They are now the best in the area for quality and punctuality. They made the effort to rearrange my furniture when I changed my mind, and delivery went off without a hitch.
I had to move my full-fledged office setup from ND to OH. I was demoralized by Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC lack of respect for our business. They showed up delinquent and didn't follow our instructions, causing us to miss important deadlines. It was a costly and unprofessional mistake on their part.
It was my first time hiring movers from here and it was perfect. The movers didn’t rush the process and took their time in attending to every tiny thing. They never showed any signs of exhaustion despite working. Highly recommend them!
Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.
Thank goodness RICH team came on time to save me. The task force quickly categorized my messy mounds while taping and tagging boxes. I had personal assistants who also advised me on arranging furnishings in my new apartment for the best flow. The entire experience was amazing.
Very happy with my experience! I was moving out of my parents’ home and into my first apartment. The team didn’t just move boxes – they gave me tips, helped arrange furniture, and even showed me how to stabilize the bedframe on my own. It felt more like guidance than just a service!
We loved working with them. Our moving men were incredibly professional, friendly, and thoughtful—they even went out of their way to reassemble furniture for our kids. They were efficient and careful with all of our furniture and mindful with walls/floors in both properties. Would absolutely work with them again and recommend this crew and company to anyone. Their care with our equipment was outstanding, and we were back to work without any downtime.
