The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! The loading process went very smoothly. Robert and John arrived on time and worked quickly to load all of my belongings onto the truck. They were very efficient and organized, carefully loading everything in a way that maximized space and minimized the risk of damage during transit. They used straps and hooks to secure everything in place, and made sure that nothing would shift or fall during the move.
I asked David to help me relocate my home office. They unplugged computers, packed the monitors carefully, and loaded the desk and chair. Everything was reassembled at the new spot, wires neat and working right away.
The crew came to help me move my shop inventory. Shelves, boxes of supplies, and a glass counter were packed carefully. Each piece was delivered and placed exactly where I needed them in the new shop.
The refrigerator looked too big for my small doorway. The movers measured, tilted, and eased it through without a scratch. I was glad to see it plugged in and running in my new kitchen.
They lost a lot of boxes in the relocation, so they can't give you tracking information. Not only were they useless, but the customer service reps couldn't even begin to describe what had happened. It took weeks to find all of my belongings.
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did a good job, but with a little extra something! I'm terrible at remembering where I pack things, but the team labeled EVERY box clearly. They made a color-coded inventory list for me. They were also really strong and carried all my heavy boxes with ease. It was a huge weight off my shoulders, especially since I was so stressed about the move.
Joe was patient with me during the estimate process. I had so many questions, but he took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. Paula was always in touch, making sure everything was progressing as planned. The movers went above and beyond, even helping me arrange my furniture in the new place. They were friendly and efficient, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’m so glad I chose this company!
