The staff's ability to cater to clients was remarkable. They arrived at the location on time and were constantly considerate and loyal to our possessions. We appreciate their care for our belongings.
Having moved multiple times, I can safely say Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC ranks at the top. Their operators showed such great teamwork—no one was standing around while the others worked. They communicated clearly, so there was no confusion about which box went where. They also managed to fit my large sectional sofa through a narrow hallway with zero damage. I was impressed by their can-do attitude. Also, their quote was competitive, and I’m glad I chose them because they were absolutely reliable.
I gave them clear instructions about which items were going to my new place and which were staying behind, but they ignored me. They ended up taking things I planned to leave and left behind some important items. It was a complete mess, and I had to sort it all out myself.
WARNING... I'm not sure if this company is simply poorly run or if some of its members are dishonest. I called them to transfer me from TX to NY, but they ultimately abandoned me. I won't suggest them to others again because they are so unprofessional.

I appreciated that they didn’t rush me and kept asking if anything needed adjusting before leaving.

Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything to fit my tight timeline. The moving crew arrived right on time and worked quickly without sacrificing care. They even helped me pack a few last-minute items. Ian followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it all turned out. No help from this company. Still have a move that was picked up and it’s been a month now and no communication on where my stuff at. No ETA, No call backs, nothing. The 3rd party they picked will rip you off also and beyond disrespectful Was given a price and they now charge 3 time the amount. Fins another company to do your move.
The moving business's temporary storage was an excellent choice to store my items. After securing it in their storage facility, they moved everything to my new house. This easy-to-use, flexible service saved me time and space.
