The team was able to load all the things on the truck safely. It was a relief to have the appliances installed at the new place so quickly. I had a very positive experience with them. My laundry room was ready for use the very same afternoon they finished.

The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.
