Joe was patient with me during the estimate process. I had so many questions, but he took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. Paula was always in touch, making sure everything was progressing as planned. The movers went above and beyond, even helping me arrange my furniture in the new place. They were friendly and efficient, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’m so glad I chose this company!
I had a super tight schedule for my move, and I wasn’t sure if it was even possible. But Ian made it happen. Ian was efficient in providing a detailed estimate and setting up the move. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything to fit my tight timeline. The moving crew arrived right on time and worked quickly without sacrificing care. They even helped me pack a few last-minute items. Ian followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it all turned out. Brett and his crew were punctual, courteous, and professional the whole time. Using blankets and tape, we covered every single piece of furniture. Because the transfer went through more quickly than expected.
Short notice move. They gave a great price and great service. Eric was fantastic to work with. Very efficient. Very up front. Very fast - even on short notice. Moved from CO to two places in UT and the pickup (by Eric and crew) was spot on. I am very pleased and these guys are highly recommended.
I had to move into another place across town, so I booked this company for help. The crew showed up, got straight to work, and kept things moving without delays. They didn’t stand around or create confusion during the day. It felt like they had done many moves like this before because the whole move stayed under control. The whole shift went smoothly, and the company handled the move in a simple and reliable way.
The movers handled my Three-bedroom home like true professionals. From lifting couches to securing fragile boxes, everything was done efficiently. They didn’t cut corners, and their effort showed when every single item arrived in perfect condition.
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!
These movers were really efficient and competent when packing and loading. They handled the products with care and efficiency. Not only that, but they were gentle and friendly toward the kids. I intend to re-ask them for their next move instructions.
I had to move my full-fledged office setup from ND to OH. I was demoralized by Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC lack of respect for our business. They showed up delinquent and didn't follow our instructions, causing us to miss important deadlines. It was a costly and unprofessional mistake on their part.
