Efficient, priced fairly, on time.

The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.

Unsatisfied customer SERVICE

They provided an initial quote which was very competitive. However, this is due to it lacking most items, which they were informed they'd be moving. They did sub-contract out the project and when things went awry, there were no solutions offered. Once the project is procured, customer service plummets.

They were fantastic from start to finish..

The whole team deserves a shout-out. They worked in the rain for a good part of my move and never lost their positive attitude. They laid down runners to keep my new floors clean and carefully wiped down wet boxes before bringing them inside. That's going the extra mile. I was so grateful for their professionalism as they really know how to handle these jobs.

Friendly and helpful guys!

Immaculate service!

To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much. I’ve had moving companies give me the runaround before, but this one was different. Loved them!

I was so nervous about my glass-top dining table and my vintage record collection, but Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled everything with such care. They wrapped my table in layers of padding and loaded my records upright in a specialty box. The movers advised me on how to unpack certain fragile items safely. One thing I appreciated? They never dragged furniture across the floor—they lifted everything properly. I also had some tricky stairs at my new place, but they navigated them like pros. WARNING... I'm not sure if this company is simply poorly run or if some of its members are dishonest. I called them to transfer me from TX to NY, but they ultimately abandoned me. I won't suggest them to others again because they are so unprofessional.
