I handled a long-distance move from my hometown to a new city for work. I wasn't able to travel with the movers, so I had to trust that everything would make it in one piece. When I got to the new place, everything was labeled, wrapped, and intact. It felt like they took the job seriously, even without me being there during the drive.

They didn’t stand around or create confusion during the day. It felt like they had done many moves like this before because the whole move stayed under control. Worst move ever.
Stay away from this company. I booked services (7/15/24) and cancelled my reservation less than 24 hours later (7/16/24) after realizing they had a 72 hour cancellation policy. I have still yet to get my $690 down payment back.

Worst !!!
Something awful happened to me. Even though they charged me a hefty penny, the movers didn't seem to care about my stuff. After one of my paintings was ruined, I had to pursue the firm for weeks to get any kind of reimbursement.

Unethical Broker Who Failed to Act on My Behalf
Nationwide Moving Solutions acted as the broker for my move from Arizona to Washington. They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.

Consummate professionals
The elevator in my new apartment broke down right when we arrived, but Brett and his partner didn't skip a beat. They carried my sofa and dresser up three flights of stairs without any issues. I was so worried about how it would go, but they stayed positive the whole time.

Captivating Experience
We arranged movers for a garage cleanout. Large cabinets, tools, and old boxes had to be hauled away. The crew worked fast, carried the heavy pieces out without damaging the walls, and even swept the floor when they were done. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled it better than I expected. Their service turned a big project into an easy task.

Stellar job
When it came to packing the moving vehicle, these men were pros. All of my stuff was in excellent condition when we arrived at my new home—much better than I had previously encountered with other movers. I was glad that I picked movers who were concerned about the security of my belongings.
