We were anxious about using a moving company for the first time, but Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC exceeded our expectations. They were accommodating and understanding, especially with our changing schedule.
The loading process went very smoothly. Robert and John arrived on time and worked quickly to load all of my belongings onto the truck. They were very efficient and organized, carefully loading everything in a way that maximized space and minimized the risk of damage during transit. They used straps and hooks to secure everything in place, and made sure that nothing would shift or fall during the move.
Our household move was managed by Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC when we decided to relocate after many years in one place. The crew started early and packed each area with care, making sure boxes were sealed and marked clearly. They handled the loading without confusion and stayed consistent throughout the day.
The moving truck was well-maintained. Before starting, the driver checked the oil and tire pressure. The inside of the truck was equipped with hooks and shelves to keep items secure. The team also made sure the truck was parked in a way that didn’t block traffic or damage any property. The movers remembered my name and used it throughout the day. WARNING... I'm not sure if this company is simply poorly run or if some of its members are dishonest. I called them to transfer me from TX to NY, but they ultimately abandoned me. I won't suggest them to others again because they are so unprofessional.
The movers were extremely careful and ensured that everything was wrapped and carried with great care. Even with some heavy furniture, they didn't scuff a single wall. They asked questions instead of guessing, which I appreciated. I could tell they cared about doing a good job.
Our office transfer between buildings ran smoothly thanks to Joe. They managed the timing, counted the items, and checked the setup at the new site. All of their work was finished on time without issues.
I don't usually draw attention to businesses that I think deserve it, but I think this one does. My family's transition from NJ to FL supposedly went smoothly because of this.
No help from this company. Still have a move that was picked up and it’s been a month now and no communication on where my stuff at. No ETA, No call backs, nothing. The 3rd party they picked will rip you off also and beyond disrespectful Was given a price and they now charge 3 time the amount. Fins another company to do your move.
