When it came to packing the moving vehicle, these men were pros. All of my stuff was in excellent condition when we arrived at my new home—much better than I had previously encountered with other movers. I was glad that I picked movers who were concerned about the security of my belongings.
I could not find better, more reliable help covering my off-city shift. They've assisted me once before with a moving, and this time, again, they were out of the park to cover the shift.
Okay, you really should be a mover to the stars. Your service is amazing. Jack and his crew pulled out all the stops to get the job done. No damages on multiple days of moving. Took care of my moving needs completely. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The moving truck was well-maintained. Before starting, the driver checked the oil and tire pressure. The inside of the truck was equipped with hooks and shelves to keep items secure. The team also made sure the truck was parked in a way that didn’t block traffic or damage any property. The movers remembered my name and used it throughout the day. They asked questions about my preferences for certain items. When they noticed I was stressed, they offered reassuring words and explained each step of the move to keep me informed.
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!
I handled a long-distance move from my hometown to a new city for work. I wasn't able to travel with the movers, so I had to trust that everything would make it in one piece. My move involved 14 cubicles, chairs, and a conference table. The movers took each cubicle apart and numbered the panels, so reassembly was quick. At the new building, everything went back together exactly as it was before. I appreciated how organized they kept the process. It saved me days of confusion trying to figure out where pieces belonged.
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did a good job, but with a little extra something! I'm terrible at remembering where I pack things, but the team labeled EVERY box clearly. They made a color-coded inventory list for me. They were also really strong and carried all my heavy boxes with ease. It was a huge weight off my shoulders, especially since I was so stressed about the move.
The quote given to us was thousands different than what they charged. You are stuck when they have your belongings hostage. Took way longer to receive our stuff then promised. One excuse after another. Flat tire, truck broke down, etc. Then they didn't have enough people to help unload, so we had to help. Very disappointed. Complete rip-off! Quote went from 6000.00 to 8300.00!
