To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much. I’ve had moving companies give me the runaround before, but this one was different. The guys were polite, didn’t drag their feet, and handled things with a clear plan. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC came recommended, and now I see why. What really impressed me was how they dealt with a tight parking situation. They figured it out without needing me to fix it. It felt like they actually knew what they were doing.
I had a tough stairwell that turned at weird angles, and I was sure my couch wouldn’t make it down in one piece. But the movers I hired from this company were total pros, studied the angles, wrapped it tightly, and somehow got it out without damage to anything. Their problem-solving skills were top-tier!
Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.
The experts' mastery with cardboard boxes is something I can personally attest to. Even the most delicate items, like my wine glasses, made it to my new home unharmed because of how carefully they packed my entire kitchen.
The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! But they sorted it all neatly, asked about anything they weren’t sure of, and even helped me dismantle a few bulky shelves. Everything arrived clean and organized on the other end. It felt like they cared about doing it right, not just fast.

I am an artist and had several large crates of supplies that needed to stay upright during transport. The movers gripped the crates from the bottom and stacked them securely inside the vehicle. They checked the overhead clearance several times to avoid any bumps. My supplies were unloaded quickly at the destination. These guys are very reliable for specialized moves.
