Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC moved me across town last week, and they made the whole process feel so smooth. They even helped me place furniture exactly where I wanted it. That small extra step made a difference.
What a nightmare the absolute worst, the people they sell your move to will have your head spinning as they hold your items hostage, they kept up charging and up charging my disabled uncle. The contract drivers they hired broke so much stuff and told us it’s not their fault. They were a day late arrived when storage was closed and charged us, then charged over 35 ft walking distance, biggest scum in the world.
To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much. I’ve had moving companies give me the runaround before, but this one was different. The guys were polite, didn’t drag their feet, and handled things with a clear plan. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC came recommended, and now I see why. What really impressed me was how they dealt with a tight parking situation. They figured it out without needing me to fix it. It felt like they actually knew what they were doing.
Absolutely wonderful! Moving day stress vanished when the crew dedicated themselves to their work while displaying positive attitudes. All items received proper packing before the crew expertly loaded and unloaded them without any damage. The staff conducted thorough checks of all rooms as their final step. I intend to suggest their services to every person in my social circle.
Horrible experience. Note that this is not a moving company, it is a broker. Meaning they find an actual moving company for you at a fee. You're better off finding a direct shipper, ask for their DOT number. Firstly, they intentionally give a low quote so you can sign up with them, then a higher charge later appears. Literally bait and switch. I sent multiple detailed pics, and accurate written descriptions of my items. Chris at Nationwide Moving Solutions down-quoted me. When the actual shipper arrived (Jackson Movers), they refused to ship my items because I was down-quoted. Of course I had paid Nationwide the non-refundable fee by this point, so they weren't bothered much. I had to take out about 60% of my stuff to avoid paying almost double the cost.
Since we were moving to a new workplace, our time frame was somewhat limited. The highly-recommended moving company, Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC, understood the time crunch first. They were punctual, careful with our belongings, and got us set up in the new office in no time. The procedure was painless.
No help from this company. Still have a move that was picked up and it’s been a month now and no communication on where my stuff at. No ETA, No call backs, nothing. The 3rd party they picked will rip you off also and beyond disrespectful Was given a price and they now charge 3 time the amount. Fins another company to do your move.
I wanted my belongings at my new house by a certain date, so I planned a move with a delivery window. There was no explanation for the 3-day delay in the movers' arrival. My entire moving schedule was thrown off when my furniture and necessities arrived much later than anticipated. It was annoying that they didnt respond to me on time.
The team arrived with the necessary supplies and didn't waste any time. They packed everything securely and treated our furniture with respect. It was a long day, but the movers remained positive and efficient throughout. We appreciated how smoothly it all went.
