All of the packers did an excellent job and were easy to communicate with. Rich was a fantastic driver since he kept us updated of his whereabouts, arrival time and engaged in thoughtful conversation with us while we completed the necessary paperwork at the loading end. The crew that unloaded our shipment worked really hard and showed care for our goods.
I had a garage full of tools, old bikes, and heavy gear that had to be moved to a new house, and honestly, I thought they’d hate dealing with it. But they sorted it all neatly, asked about anything they weren’t sure of, and even helped me dismantle a few bulky shelves. Everything arrived clean and organized on the other end. They lost a lot of boxes in the relocation, so they can't give you tracking information. Not only were they useless, but the customer service reps couldn't even begin to describe what had happened. It took weeks to find all of my belongings.
Rain started halfway through my move, but the movers kept my stuff covered and dry. They didn't rush or complain about the weather, and once we reached the new place, each item was safe, which I appreciate a lot.
