Captivating Experience
We arranged movers for a garage cleanout. Large cabinets, tools, and old boxes had to be hauled away. The crew worked fast, carried the heavy pieces out without damaging the walls, and even swept the floor when they were done. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled it better than I expected. Their service turned a big project into an easy task.

Worst !!!
Pressured into signing contract, tried to cancel and get my initial down payment back now nobody has picked up the phone. Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews on this site!

Efficient, priced fairly, on time.
The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! I thought my huge sofa wouldn’t fit through the apartment doorway, but Joe measured it and got it through perfectly without taking it apart.

Unethical Broker Who Failed to Act on My Behalf
Nationwide Moving Solutions acted as the broker for my move from Arizona to Washington. They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.

Poor estimate and poor communication
It's possible that my estimation was off, but this company's price hike is quadruple what I anticipated. It's OK, I have paid for it. When the truck with our furniture arrived, only one of the movers was there, so my Wife, who was quite ill with liver disease and, had to help.

Quick and Effortless!
The refrigerator looked too big for my small doorway. The movers measured, tilted, and eased it through without a scratch. I was glad to see it plugged in and running in my new kitchen.

Immaculate service!
To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much. I’ve had moving companies give me the runaround before, but this one was different. The guys were polite, didn’t drag their feet, and handled things with a clear plan. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC came recommended, and now I see why. What really impressed me was how they dealt with a tight parking situation. They figured it out without needing me to fix it. It felt like they actually knew what they were doing.

Couldn't have gone better.
I don't usually draw attention to businesses that I think deserve it, but I think this one does. My family's transition from NJ to FL supposedly went smoothly because of this.

Super heroes of moving
A relocation this easy has never happened to me before. Everyone in the group was really helpful, friendly, and businesslike. They handled everything with meticulousness and accuracy from start to finish. The service I received was second to none, and the ease with which things went stunned me.
