Great service and lovely to deal with

I will undoubtedly hire their movers again! They cautiously handled all my furniture and electronics during my recent move. 4 of them even padded and wrapped my grand piano thoroughly. Plus, they also carried it down the stairs just as carefully. It arrived without a scratch to my apartment in FL along with the other things. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!

Efficient, priced fairly, on time.

The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! Loved them!

This is going to be the only moving company we'll ever use!

Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did a good job, but with a little extra something! I'm terrible at remembering where I pack things, but the team labeled EVERY box clearly. They made a color-coded inventory list for me. They were also really strong and carried all my heavy boxes with ease. It was a huge weight off my shoulders, especially since I was so stressed about the move.

Poor estimate and poor communication

Absolutely a disaster! We had the worst experience with your moving company today and I can assure you what I will do the best I can to spread my review over the internet to warn other clients of dealing with your company. You blatantly lied about the rate which ended up costing us much more at pickup today. You also lied about the moving truck and sent a crappy moving company JVA Transportation with a small truck instead of the main truck that was supposed to be going back to FL from Norfolk. We attempted to repeatedly reach Jerrid Shelton over his cell phone but he obviously knew why we were calling and evaded to answer the calls. We will escalate this to the business bureau as well unless you rectify the situation.
