Stay away from this company. I booked services (7/15/24) and cancelled my reservation less than 24 hours later (7/16/24) after realizing they had a 72 hour cancellation policy. I have still yet to get my $690 down payment back.
I had to move my full-fledged office setup from ND to OH. I was demoralized by Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC lack of respect for our business. They showed up delinquent and didn't follow our instructions, causing us to miss important deadlines. It was a costly and unprofessional mistake on their part.
My building had slow elevators and a tight schedule. The team got sliders for the heavy dresser and cushions for our king-size bed frame. Their efficiency saved me time and reduced stress.
The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! Our library needed 20 shelves of books and reading tables moved across town. The crew boxed the books, stacked them carefully, and placed everything in order again. It felt like nothing had ever been disturbed.
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did an excellent job of assigning rooms and storage spaces in our new property.
They sent out a mover to quote me 3x what our move agreement was for. They did not make themselves available during this dispute, which resulted in my items not being picked up. This led to them missing the my move deadline which forced me to move the items myself. They did not provide a reimbursement of my 10% down payment for their failure to find an appropriate mover.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
I don't usually draw attention to businesses that I think deserve it, but I think this one does. My family's transition from NJ to FL supposedly went smoothly because of this.
Getting back to our hometown was not an easy task. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC organized pickup and delivery in two states and they dispatched all things smoothly. This was a move so much less stressful thanks to their frequent updates. They’re real experts at long-distance moves!
