No help from this company. Still have a move that was picked up and it’s been a month now and no communication on where my stuff at. No ETA, No call backs, nothing. The 3rd party they picked will rip you off also and beyond disrespectful Was given a price and they now charge 3 time the amount. Fins another company to do your move.

The movers were friendly and did a good job. They were careful when they put my things in storage after unloading. I've heard great things about them, and I want to use them again in the future!
Packing up on short notice because of a sudden job offer didn’t leave me much time to prepare. The movers arrived early in the morning and brought their own supplies, including extra wraps and boxes. They figured out how to deal with a long driveway and a gate that wouldn’t stay open. The heavier stuff went in first, and they packed it tight without stopping to ask about every item.
I was quite pleased with my movers' efforts. They were extremely thorough and careful, and they did not hurry anything. They packed my belongings very attentively. I wish I could move very easily.
The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.
They arrived promptly, began wrapping my furniture immediately, and handled each item with the utmost care; I never imagined moving could be so enjoyable. I highly recommend them.

They planned, loaded everything in order, and even helped reassemble one of the larger shelves. It was faster than I expected, and nothing got broken. That kind of professionalism goes a long way. I moved into a loft downtown. The elevator was broken, which meant six flights of stairs. The movers carried my couch, dresser, and 15 boxes without complaint. Their energy was unreal, and I’m thankful.
Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.
