Wow, these guys are great; thanks a lot!
I just wanted to thank the whole Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC team for my smooth move from SD to FL. From the day of quotation to the last item delivered into my new house. It was completely stress-free, and I actually enjoyed moving (not many people can say that). They are the most pleasant, helpful people you could meet and nothing was too much trouble for any of the team.

Bait and Switch. Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Note that this is not a moving company, it is a broker. Meaning they find an actual moving company for you at a fee. You're better off finding a direct shipper, ask for their DOT number. Firstly, they intentionally give a low quote so you can sign up with them, then a higher charge later appears. Literally bait and switch. I sent multiple detailed pics, and accurate written descriptions of my items. Chris at Nationwide Moving Solutions down-quoted me. When the actual shipper arrived (Jackson Movers), they refused to ship my items because I was down-quoted. Of course I had paid Nationwide the non-refundable fee by this point, so they weren't bothered much. I had to take out about 60% of my stuff to avoid paying almost double the cost.

Extremely professional gentlemen.
I had a garage full of tools, old bikes, and heavy gear that had to be moved to a new house, and honestly, I thought they’d hate dealing with it. But they sorted it all neatly, asked about anything they weren’t sure of, and even helped me dismantle a few bulky shelves. Everything arrived clean and organized on the other end. It felt like they cared about doing it right, not just fast.

They handled all my stuff with care
Our office move involved a lot of delicate equipment, including computers, printers, and monitors. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC took the time to wrap each piece in anti-static bubble wrap and used crates for the larger items. They labeled all the cables and accessories, ensuring nothing was lost during the move. When we arrived at the new office, they set everything up exactly as it had been, making our transition seamless. Their care with our equipment was outstanding, and we were back to work without any downtime.

They are cheap and highly suggested.
I had a tough stairwell that turned at weird angles, and I was sure my couch wouldn’t make it down in one piece. But the movers I hired from this company were total pros, studied the angles, wrapped it tightly, and somehow got it out without damage to anything. Their problem-solving skills were top-tier!

Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!

HORRIBLE.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.

Stellar job
Brett coordinated my move and made the whole process easy to follow. They explained what their team would do and asked a few helpful questions before starting. I liked how they kept everything clear without adding unnecessary details. Their approach helped the day move along at a steady pace.

Poor estimate and poor communication
It's possible that my estimation was off, but this company's price hike is quadruple what I anticipated. It's OK, I have paid for it. When the truck with our furniture arrived, only one of the movers was there, so my Wife, who was quite ill with liver disease and, had to help.
