Thank you for helping me get my belongings to my new home safely. Every person on the crew was professional, and they listened to my instructions. The move was handled with great care, and each item was delivered safely.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
The service today was outstanding. It was consistently excellent when Joe was in charge, and his team was well-prepared and quick. They were attentive, cleaned up after themselves, and handled our belongings with care.
I had a garage full of tools, old bikes, and heavy gear that had to be moved to a new house, and honestly, I thought they’d hate dealing with it. But they sorted it all neatly, asked about anything they weren’t sure of, and even helped me dismantle a few bulky shelves. Everything arrived clean and organized on the other end. It felt like they cared about doing it right, not just fast.
The moving process was smooth and hassle-free. The team wrapped all my furniture and delicate items. They were very careful with my 20 boxes and ensured nothing was misplaced. They also helped me arrange my new place.
The elevator in my new apartment broke down right when we arrived, but Brett and his partner didn't skip a beat. They carried my sofa and dresser up three flights of stairs without any issues. I was so worried about how it would go, but they stayed positive the whole time.
I asked David to help me relocate my home office. They unplugged computers, packed the monitors carefully, and loaded the desk and chair. Everything was reassembled at the new spot, wires neat and working right away.

The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again!
