The elevator in my new apartment broke down right when we arrived, but Brett and his partner didn't skip a beat. They carried my sofa and dresser up three flights of stairs without any issues. I was so worried about how it would go, but they stayed positive the whole time.
I wanted my belongings at my new house by a certain date, so I planned a move with a delivery window. There was no explanation for the 3-day delay in the movers' arrival. My entire moving schedule was thrown off when my furniture and necessities arrived much later than anticipated. It was annoying that they didnt respond to me on time.
My basement was a clutter fest, and I dreaded the thought of moving all that old stuff. Thankfully, these guys tackled it like champs. They used headlamps to navigate the dim corners and pulled out dusty boxes full of forgotten knickknacks. Not once did they complain. After we loaded everything, they swept the basement to make sure I left it in good condition. The drive to the new place went smoothly, and nothing ended up broken or missing. I appreciated their can-do attitude throughout the entire ordeal.

It was completely stress-free, and I actually enjoyed moving (not many people can say that). Raymond and Thomas did an excellent job protecting my carpets and tapestries, and I appreciate it. To save space and ensure security, they bundled them using plastic wrap and ropes. Everything had been kept in immaculate condition by the time they got there. This has been an incredible adventure!
