The elevator in my new apartment broke down right when we arrived, but Brett and his partner didn't skip a beat. They carried my sofa and dresser up three flights of stairs without any issues. I was so worried about how it would go, but they stayed positive the whole time.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
Absolutely atrocious! They promised to send an experienced team, but the crew clearly had no idea what they were doing. My leather chair now has deep gouges, and when I complained, they said, “It’s just furniture.” Unbelievable!
Impressive! They demonstrated expertise, displayed kindness, and arrived promptly. Throughout the move, my belongings were handled with great care and respect. They put in tremendous effort to finish the task without taking a break for lunch, simply continuing to work.
My husband and I were quite satisfied with the quality of attention we received on the day of the move. I'm going to start recommending your company right now.
I will undoubtedly hire their movers again! They cautiously handled all my furniture and electronics during my recent move. 4 of them even padded and wrapped my grand piano thoroughly. Plus, they also carried it down the stairs just as carefully. It arrived without a scratch to my apartment in FL along with the other things. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!

Wow, what a team! Brett and Rich were phenomenal. They moved me from a 2-bedroom house to a new place across the city. Every item was treated with care, from my expensive TV to my accessories. My move last week went well. The crew and RICH arrived on time. They were kind and professional from the beginning. They immediately inspected my house to identify what needed to be moved, including my cookware, TV stand, and china cabinet. They carefully wrapped my grandmother's antique china cabinet in shrink wrap and cushioned blankets, which amazed me.
