The worst moving company
I hired this company for my move from Washington, D.C. to California, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving service. When I initially spoke to them over the phone, they provided an estimated quote that fit within my budget. However, after they packed my belongings, the price unexpectedly doubled with no clear explanation or updated documentation prior to charging me. Upon delivery in California, I was overcharged for a “flight of stairs” fee. The company’s own contract states that “12 steps = 1 flight.” The movers had to go up fewer than 12 steps, yet I was charged $75 for a full flight. When I attempted to point out this discrepancy, they refused to acknowledge it and demanded full payment before releasing my belongings. They also accepted my payment via Zelle only. Additionally, multiple items were damaged during the move — including furniture, trophies, clothing, and kitchenware. When I filed a claim, the company informed me that compensation was limited to $0.60 per pound, which is not a fair reflection of the damage caused. They eventually offered me only $60 in total, which I declined. Customer service has been extremely poor. There appears to be no direct phone support or supervisory contact. Only one person responds via email, and it took two months for them to reply to my written complaint. When they finally did, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This company doesn’t even have a legit website. This company engaged in misleading pricing, charged unjustified hidden fees, and failed to handle my property or my complaint with any professionalism. Do yourself a favor — stay away from this moving company and save your money, time, and sanity!

Consummate professionals
The elevator in my new apartment broke down right when we arrived, but Brett and his partner didn't skip a beat. They carried my sofa and dresser up three flights of stairs without any issues. I was so worried about how it would go, but they stayed positive the whole time.

Very happy customer.
I recently had to move across the country, and I was dreading it. Luckily, I had Rich from Nationwide Moving Solutions as my moving contract coordinator. He walked me through every step of the process, from the estimate to the final delivery. Rich was meticulous in gathering all the details, so there were no surprises later on. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything. She kept me informed about the movers' arrival times and even helped with some last-minute changes. The movers were fantastic—careful, efficient, and friendly. Rich checked in multiple times during the move, even after the truck had left, just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Honest, reliable, reputable company!
We moved our family from NJ to DE after my partner accepted a position overseas. The crew handled the furniture, clothes, and electronics carefully. They explained the customs paperwork step by step. Everything was delivered directly to our new apartment.

Exceeded our expectations
I needed to move a very large and antique wardrobe that had been in my family for generations. I looked around a bit and eventually hired a team from Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC and they did not disappoint. They took extra precautions and wrapped it in custom padding and good quality packing material, so it wouldn’t get scratched or damaged. Thanks to how careful they were, it arrived in terrific shape. I couldn’t be more grateful!

Stellar job
The best there is out there! It was my first time hiring their movers and to be honest, I had little to no expectations because of my experiences with others. But they took me by surprise. They were respectful, courteous and prioritized my requirements which truly made me feel valued as a customer. And fortunately, the move went by flawlessly too. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Well organized!
Wow, what a team! Brett and Rich were phenomenal. They moved me from a 2-bedroom house to a new place across the city. Every item was treated with care, from my expensive TV to my accessories. They helped me set up my bedroom and living room just how I wanted. These guys were efficient, polite, and truly went the extra mile.

A Dream Team.
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC made my transition from TX to NY. When I contacted them on their website, David immediately responded. The movers responded to my inquiry within an hour and arrived on time to start the packing process. My mom was worried about the moving process, yet they handled it extra care. They have the highest possible recommendation from me.

Unsatisfied customer SERVICE
WARNING... I'm not sure if this company is simply poorly run or if some of its members are dishonest. I called them to transfer me from TX to NY, but they ultimately abandoned me. I won't suggest them to others again because they are so unprofessional.
