I hired Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC to move my condo furniture into storage during remodeling. They wrapped the sofa, stacked boxes neatly, and left clear space to walk inside. I appreciated how organized they were.
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!
The movers were friendly and did a good job. They were careful when they put my things in storage after unloading. I've heard great things about them, and I want to use them again in the future!

They did sub-contract out the project and when things went awry, there were no solutions offered. Once the project is procured, customer service plummets.

They used headlamps to navigate the dim corners and pulled out dusty boxes full of forgotten knickknacks. Not once did they complain. After we loaded everything, they swept the basement to make sure I left it in good condition. The drive to the new place went smoothly, and nothing ended up broken or missing. I appreciated their can-do attitude throughout the entire ordeal.
