The worst moving company
I hired this company for my move from Washington, D.C. to California, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving service. When I initially spoke to them over the phone, they provided an estimated quote that fit within my budget. However, after they packed my belongings, the price unexpectedly doubled with no clear explanation or updated documentation prior to charging me. Upon delivery in California, I was overcharged for a “flight of stairs” fee. The company’s own contract states that “12 steps = 1 flight.” The movers had to go up fewer than 12 steps, yet I was charged $75 for a full flight. When I attempted to point out this discrepancy, they refused to acknowledge it and demanded full payment before releasing my belongings. They also accepted my payment via Zelle only. Additionally, multiple items were damaged during the move — including furniture, trophies, clothing, and kitchenware. When I filed a claim, the company informed me that compensation was limited to $0.60 per pound, which is not a fair reflection of the damage caused. They eventually offered me only $60 in total, which I declined. Customer service has been extremely poor. There appears to be no direct phone support or supervisory contact. Only one person responds via email, and it took two months for them to reply to my written complaint. When they finally did, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This company doesn’t even have a legit website. This company engaged in misleading pricing, charged unjustified hidden fees, and failed to handle my property or my complaint with any professionalism. Do yourself a favor — stay away from this moving company and save your money, time, and sanity!

Wonderful Company to use During a Typical Stressful Time.
Joe with his team members were reliable and respectful. They used walkie-talkies to communicate across the large house, ensuring teamwork. They took only two 15-minute breaks during the whole process, my new apartment was like home.

Quick and Effortless!
I had to relocate to another state and needed to move out fast. Almost 5 companies turned me away due to the short notice, but this one said yes without hesitation. Their moving team arrived 2 days later, packed everything, and got me on the road right on time. I still can’t believe how they pulled it off successfully!

Well organized!
For an early boat trip, I had to move paddles, coolers, and camping bundles from a shed near the waterline to the dock. The movers handled the long paddles with careful side-to-side steps and carried the coolers straight to the dock edge. Once everything was set down, loading the boat became a simple task.

Top-notch!
I was sure that the relocation would be a disaster because it was raining heavily on the day of the move. But the team showed up with tarps and optimism. I had my furniture packed like priceless artwork, and not a single box got soaked. I could not believe how smooth everything had gone when I dried off in my new spot at the end of the day.

When I needed a car quickly, Brett was the nicest, most helpful person I could have asked for. The job got done quickly and smoothly. I wholeheartedly endorse them.

It was INCREDIBLE to work with Rich and his crew. These movers were awesome; they were helpful and efficient. During my most stress-free relocation, Kris and Brett used three layers of bubble wrap to ensure nothing was broken.

Poor estimate and poor communication
Don’t use!!! Moving daughter from Sarasota , Fl to Hornell NY. Paid upfront fee of 600$ then was told delivery would be August 12 or 13th and would pay $1100 when truck came to get items. So far so good. Truck comes on August 6th and took items and was told again August 12th or 13th. I Drive to New York with dsughter taking off the whole week from work to help move as truck is suppose to arrive on 12th or 13th. Wife takes time off work flies up and lo and behold to this day no furniture!!! Make over 30 phone calls and just get run around from customer service!!! Do not use!!! Daughter starting grad school with no clothes, school supplies, furniture etc!!!

Broken agreements.
The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.

They were fantastic from start to finish..
The whole team deserves a shout-out. They worked in the rain for a good part of my move and never lost their positive attitude. They laid down runners to keep my new floors clean and carefully wiped down wet boxes before bringing them inside. That's going the extra mile. I was so grateful for their professionalism as they really know how to handle these jobs.
