Our office transfer between buildings ran smoothly thanks to Joe. They managed the timing, counted the items, and checked the setup at the new site. All of their work was finished on time without issues.
The loading process went very smoothly. Robert and John arrived on time and worked quickly to load all of my belongings onto the truck. They were very efficient and organized, carefully loading everything in a way that maximized space and minimized the risk of damage during transit. They used straps and hooks to secure everything in place, and made sure that nothing would shift or fall during the move.
The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! I had to relocate to another state and needed to move out fast. Almost 5 companies turned me away due to the short notice, but this one said yes without hesitation. Their moving team arrived 2 days later, packed everything, and got me on the road right on time. I still can’t believe how they pulled it off successfully!
I had a few awkward pieces, including a large, oddly-shaped lamp and a treadmill. They quickly figured out how to disassemble the treadmill, labeling each part and putting all screws in a bag taped to it. They wrapped the lamp in several layers of bubble wrap and boxed it securely. My collection of vintage dishes was carefully packed in crates lined with thick paper, ensuring nothing shifted during the drive. When unpacking, they handled my guitar case as if it were made of glass, placing it gently in the corner I had designated.
They helped me relocate a small office, and it went better than I imagined. The movers worked efficiently, respected fragile electronics, and organized everything at the new location. The transition was simple and completely stress-free.
I was really nervous about moving my antique furniture, but these guys were so gentle and careful. They wrapped everything with extra padding and moved it all without a scratch. I was so relieved! They were also super friendly and easy to talk to.
I've always been scared of moving, so I was surprised that things went more smoothly this time, especially with their movers. My move planner, Rich, was always available on call and made sure to get my opinion before making any choices. The delivery was on time, and everything arrived safely.
Needed to cancel my move. Did so under the 72 hr agreement. Brody and Paula both stated I would get a full deposit refunded and have not received anything yet. If you are a real person reading this, I’m also a real person writing this. Just save yourself the distress and go with another company. Unethical and unprofessional. Lack of accountability and integrity. I found out later they’ve dealt with lawsuits and currently dealing with fraudulent suits as well. Do the right due diligence before working with any moving company. Hope my 2 cents helps, can save you a ton
I scheduled help for unloading a container that arrived from out of state. The crew showed up on time and worked together to carry everything into the house. They placed my boxes in the rooms I pointed out, which saved me a lot of lifting. Even my sofa and bed frame were handled carefully.
