The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! Broken agreements.

The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.

Bad Service.

They brought a truck that was way too small for all my boxes and furniture, so they had to make two separate trips. Of course, they slapped an extra fee on the final invoice for that second run.

From the moment James and his crew walked in, they exuded professionalism. They took one quick look at my furniture and immediately started wrapping, securing, and labeling everything. I have a piano that I inherited from my grandmother, and they handled it like it was a priceless artifact. They used a rolling dolly, padding, and straps to transport it safely without a single ding. My mattress was sealed in a thick plastic cover before being loaded onto the truck. They helped me put felt pads on the legs of my furniture before setting it on my new hardwood floors. No damage, no stress, just a smooth, flawless experience.

They were fantastic from start to finish..

The whole team deserves a shout-out. They worked in the rain for a good part of my move and never lost their positive attitude. They laid down runners to keep my new floors clean and carefully wiped down wet boxes before bringing them inside. That's going the extra mile. I was so grateful for their professionalism as they really know how to handle these jobs.

Bloody basters

I gave them clear instructions about which items were going to my new place and which were staying behind, but they ignored me. They ended up taking things I planned to leave and left behind some important items. It was a complete mess, and I had to sort it all out myself.

Consummate professionals
