We were anxious about using a moving company for the first time, but Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC exceeded our expectations. They were accommodating and understanding, especially with our changing schedule.
We loved working with them. Our moving men were incredibly professional, friendly, and thoughtful—they even went out of their way to reassemble furniture for our kids. They were efficient and careful with all of our furniture and mindful with walls/floors in both properties. Would absolutely work with them again and recommend this crew and company to anyone. I wanted my belongings at my new house by a certain date, so I planned a move with a delivery window. There was no explanation for the 3-day delay in the movers' arrival. My entire moving schedule was thrown off when my furniture and necessities arrived much later than anticipated. It was annoying that they didnt respond to me on time.
Packing up on short notice because of a sudden job offer didn’t leave me much time to prepare. The movers arrived early in the morning and brought their own supplies, including extra wraps and boxes. They figured out how to deal with a long driveway and a gate that wouldn’t stay open. The heavier stuff went in first, and they packed it tight without stopping to ask about every item.

They showed up delinquent and didn't follow our instructions, causing us to miss important deadlines. It was a costly and unprofessional mistake on their part.

But they sorted it all neatly, asked about anything they weren’t sure of, and even helped me dismantle a few bulky shelves. Everything arrived clean and organized on the other end. It felt like they cared about doing it right, not just fast.
