Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything. She kept me informed about the movers' arrival times and even helped with some last-minute changes. The movers were fantastic—careful, efficient, and friendly. Rich checked in multiple times during the move, even after the truck had left, just to make sure everything was going smoothly. I've packed my most expensive dress clothes, a down sleeping bag, camping supplies, a computer power backup, and a desk in five boxes. But when they arrive everything was broken and damaged. Please don’t call them for any move.
