The worst moving company
I hired this company for my move from Washington, D.C. to California, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving service. When I initially spoke to them over the phone, they provided an estimated quote that fit within my budget. However, after they packed my belongings, the price unexpectedly doubled with no clear explanation or updated documentation prior to charging me. Upon delivery in California, I was overcharged for a “flight of stairs” fee. The company’s own contract states that “12 steps = 1 flight.” The movers had to go up fewer than 12 steps, yet I was charged $75 for a full flight. When I attempted to point out this discrepancy, they refused to acknowledge it and demanded full payment before releasing my belongings. They also accepted my payment via Zelle only. Additionally, multiple items were damaged during the move — including furniture, trophies, clothing, and kitchenware. When I filed a claim, the company informed me that compensation was limited to $0.60 per pound, which is not a fair reflection of the damage caused. They eventually offered me only $60 in total, which I declined. Customer service has been extremely poor. There appears to be no direct phone support or supervisory contact. Only one person responds via email, and it took two months for them to reply to my written complaint. When they finally did, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This company doesn’t even have a legit website. This company engaged in misleading pricing, charged unjustified hidden fees, and failed to handle my property or my complaint with any professionalism. Do yourself a favor — stay away from this moving company and save your money, time, and sanity!

Absolutely THE BEST!!!
Pleased with how the movers dealt with my workshop machinery and other equipment when I hired them recently. They packed them thoroughly and used dollies to transport the heavier pieces to the moving trucks. They delivered them the same day and I was relieved when nothing was damaged. I applaud them!

Exceeded our expectations
We had a long-distance move, and I was worried about my plants. Movers kept them safe, even in the truck. That alone made it worth it for me.

Cool Guyz.
I moved into a loft downtown. The elevator was broken, which meant six flights of stairs. The movers carried my couch, dresser, and 15 boxes without complaint. Their energy was unreal, and I’m thankful.

They Took great care off My items
Since we were moving to a new workplace, our time frame was somewhat limited. The highly-recommended moving company, Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC, understood the time crunch first. They were punctual, careful with our belongings, and got us set up in the new office in no time. The procedure was painless.

Please beware!!
I had to move my full-fledged office setup from ND to OH. I was demoralized by Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC lack of respect for our business. They showed up delinquent and didn't follow our instructions, causing us to miss important deadlines. It was a costly and unprofessional mistake on their part.

Friendly and helpful guys!
The experts' mastery with cardboard boxes is something I can personally attest to. Even the most delicate items, like my wine glasses, made it to my new home unharmed because of how carefully they packed my entire kitchen.

When it came time to relocate my grandmother, I called Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC for help. We reached out to three different companies, but Jack was most taken with the one whose representative was the most candid. They showed there on schedule, worked efficiently, and left no mess for my grandma to clean up.
