Everything went smoothly
After living abroad for a year, I had all my belongings delivered back to my storage unit, and then I had to move everything to my new apartment. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC managed the whole process, including coordinating the pickup from storage. They worked quickly but carefully, especially with my musical equipment and framed art. I'd definitely call them again if I ever need help with another move.

Excellent job!!!
All of the packers did an excellent job and were easy to communicate with. Rich was a fantastic driver since he kept us updated of his whereabouts, arrival time and engaged in thoughtful conversation with us while we completed the necessary paperwork at the loading end. The crew that unloaded our shipment worked really hard and showed care for our goods.

Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!

I booked Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC for a weekend move tied to a new remote role. The team started by bracing a large bookcase and removing adjustable shelves. They wrapped appliances separately and secured cords, so they didn’t drag. Traffic slowed the drive, but unloading picked up without rushing. The items landed where I marked with tape, and the apartment stayed usable the entire time.

Excellent from start to finish!!!!!
We moved Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC for my father’s new job, and the logistics were overwhelming. To our relief, this company’s experts managed it flawlessly. They helped us sort the packing timeline, coordinated the long-distance delivery, and kept us updated every step of the way. Our things arrived just 2 days after we did, and nothing was harmed. We cannot say enough good things about them!

They were very responsive
Huge shout-out to Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC! The group managed to move my oversized treadmill and elliptical machine down a narrow staircase without so much as a scratch on the walls. They were also careful to wrap the machines so no parts would get loose or damaged. As someone who values my fitness equipment, I was super impressed. Unloading was quick, and they placed everything exactly where I wanted, so I didn’t have to shift it later. These guys are top-notch.

Bloody basters
Needed to cancel my move. Did so under the 72 hr agreement. Brody and Paula both stated I would get a full deposit refunded and have not received anything yet. If you are a real person reading this, I’m also a real person writing this. Just save yourself the distress and go with another company. Unethical and unprofessional. Lack of accountability and integrity. I found out later they’ve dealt with lawsuits and currently dealing with fraudulent suits as well. Do the right due diligence before working with any moving company. Hope my 2 cents helps, can save you a ton

Unethical Broker Who Failed to Act on My Behalf
Nationwide Moving Solutions acted as the broker for my move from Arizona to Washington. They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.

Moving day was brutally cold, and I was worried about my electronics freezing in the truck. The team suggested wrapping my TV and computer in thick blankets, and they unloaded those items first to minimize exposure. Everything powered on without a hitch.

Well organized!
I downsized from a house to a condo, leaving behind many of my belongings. It was already a tough decision-making process, and the movers made sure I never felt rushed. They let me take my time while they carefully handled what I’d already packed. Their patience and calm energy made the emotional side of the move feel a bit easier to handle.
