I was quite pleased with my movers' efforts. They were extremely thorough and careful, and they did not hurry anything. They packed my belongings very attentively. I wish I could move very easily.
Our move-in date changed twice due to delays with closing, and Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC team stayed flexible both times. They rescheduled us without charging a rescheduling fee, and when the day came, they showed up fully prepared, and packed and delivered everything safely. We can’t begin to thank them for it!

I have moved around quite a bit and have used moving companies for every move and most of the time, I am dealing with a scam of some sort. The loading process went very smoothly. Robert and John arrived on time and worked quickly to load all of my belongings onto the truck. They were very efficient and organized, carefully loading everything in a way that maximized space and minimized the risk of damage during transit. They used straps and hooks to secure everything in place, and made sure that nothing would shift or fall during the move.
I had to move my full-fledged office setup from ND to OH. I was demoralized by Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC lack of respect for our business. They showed up delinquent and didn't follow our instructions, causing us to miss important deadlines. It was a costly and unprofessional mistake on their part.
Pressured into signing contract, tried to cancel and get my initial down payment back now nobody has picked up the phone. Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews on this site!
The moving truck was well-maintained. Before starting, the driver checked the oil and tire pressure. The inside of the truck was equipped with hooks and shelves to keep items secure. The team also made sure the truck was parked in a way that didn’t block traffic or damage any property. The movers remembered my name and used it throughout the day. They asked questions about my preferences for certain items. When they noticed I was stressed, they offered reassuring words and explained each step of the move to keep me informed.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
Joe with his team members were reliable and respectful. They used walkie-talkies to communicate across the large house, ensuring teamwork. They took only two 15-minute breaks during the whole process, my new apartment was like home.
