Poor estimate and poor communication

I wanted my belongings at my new house by a certain date, so I planned a move with a delivery window. There was no explanation for the 3-day delay in the movers' arrival. My entire moving schedule was thrown off when my furniture and necessities arrived much later than anticipated. It was annoying that they didnt respond to me on time.

Cool Guyz.

I moved into a loft downtown. The elevator was broken, which meant six flights of stairs. The movers carried my couch, dresser, and 15 boxes without complaint. Their energy was unreal, and I’m thankful.

This is going to be the only moving company we'll ever use!

Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did a good job, but with a little extra something! I'm terrible at remembering where I pack things, but the team labeled EVERY box clearly. They made a color-coded inventory list for me. They were also really strong and carried all my heavy boxes with ease. It was a huge weight off my shoulders, especially since I was so stressed about the move.

Please beware!!

I had to move my full-fledged office setup from ND to OH. I was demoralized by Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC lack of respect for our business. They showed up delinquent and didn't follow our instructions, causing us to miss important deadlines. It was a costly and unprofessional mistake on their part.

Well organized!

They made my move stress-free and seamless

Because I was downsizing from a large house to an apartment, I had to sell quite a few belongings. The movers not only helped me sort through everything, but they also offered great advice on what to pack, donate, and store. With lightning speed and painstaking attention to detail, they labelled every single package. Upon arrival at my new home, they arranged everything so that it would make the most of the area.
