Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.

We had the most amazing experience with Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC. Their movers arrived on time on moving day and quickly got to work. They packed our possessions thoroughly with foam padding, thick fabric cloth and blankets. The delivery was on time and nothing was damaged either. We cannot thank them enough!

Stellar job
Brett coordinated my move and made the whole process easy to follow. They explained what their team would do and asked a few helpful questions before starting. I liked how they kept everything clear without adding unnecessary details. Their approach helped the day move along at a steady pace.

The worst moving company
I hired this company for my move from Washington, D.C. to California, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving service. When I initially spoke to them over the phone, they provided an estimated quote that fit within my budget. However, after they packed my belongings, the price unexpectedly doubled with no clear explanation or updated documentation prior to charging me. Upon delivery in California, I was overcharged for a “flight of stairs” fee. The company’s own contract states that “12 steps = 1 flight.” The movers had to go up fewer than 12 steps, yet I was charged $75 for a full flight. When I attempted to point out this discrepancy, they refused to acknowledge it and demanded full payment before releasing my belongings. They also accepted my payment via Zelle only. Additionally, multiple items were damaged during the move — including furniture, trophies, clothing, and kitchenware. When I filed a claim, the company informed me that compensation was limited to $0.60 per pound, which is not a fair reflection of the damage caused. They eventually offered me only $60 in total, which I declined. Customer service has been extremely poor. There appears to be no direct phone support or supervisory contact. Only one person responds via email, and it took two months for them to reply to my written complaint. When they finally did, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This company doesn’t even have a legit website. This company engaged in misleading pricing, charged unjustified hidden fees, and failed to handle my property or my complaint with any professionalism. Do yourself a favor — stay away from this moving company and save your money, time, and sanity!

Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!

Unsatisfied customer SERVICE
WARNING... I'm not sure if this company is simply poorly run or if some of its members are dishonest. I called them to transfer me from TX to NY, but they ultimately abandoned me. I won't suggest them to others again because they are so unprofessional.

Bloody basters
Needed to cancel my move. Did so under the 72 hr agreement. Brody and Paula both stated I would get a full deposit refunded and have not received anything yet. If you are a real person reading this, I’m also a real person writing this. Just save yourself the distress and go with another company. Unethical and unprofessional. Lack of accountability and integrity. I found out later they’ve dealt with lawsuits and currently dealing with fraudulent suits as well. Do the right due diligence before working with any moving company. Hope my 2 cents helps, can save you a ton

Literally the best!
My previous apartment had tight spaces, and I was concerned that my furniture might be damaged. The movers expertly handled each corner, lifting and rotating the furniture to avoid dents or scratches.

Very hard working group of guys
For the past years, I have relied heavily on Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC, and they have never let me down. Their assistance with my recent relocation from CA to AZ was really useful. I was able to get all of my inquiries addressed and the information I needed from the team member. All of the men are friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.
