The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.

I am an artist and had several large crates of supplies that needed to stay upright during transport. The movers gripped the crates from the bottom and stacked them securely inside the vehicle.
