Very hard working group of guys
For the past years, I have relied heavily on Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC, and they have never let me down. Their assistance with my recent relocation from CA to AZ was really useful. I was able to get all of my inquiries addressed and the information I needed from the team member. All of the men are friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

Honest, reliable, reputable company!
It's been a long time since we employed movers other than military ones. Rich and his crew moved our 2 bedroom home across town in a jiffy. They worked quickly and kindly. We would use them again if we ever had to relocate!

Well organized!
For an early boat trip, I had to move paddles, coolers, and camping bundles from a shed near the waterline to the dock. The movers handled the long paddles with careful side-to-side steps and carried the coolers straight to the dock edge. Once everything was set down, loading the boat became a simple task.

I recommend this service to anyone that needs assistance
I moved into a top-floor unit in an old building with no elevator, and the stairwell was tight with weird corners. My couch barely made it up, and they had to rotate it what felt like a hundred times. They kept a sense of humor about it and never made me feel bad for the hassle. I appreciated that more than anything else during the whole move.

Great service and lovely to deal with
I will undoubtedly hire their movers again! They cautiously handled all my furniture and electronics during my recent move. 4 of them even padded and wrapped my grand piano thoroughly. Plus, they also carried it down the stairs just as carefully. It arrived without a scratch to my apartment in FL along with the other things. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!

HORRIBLE.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.

We moved Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC for my father’s new job, and the logistics were overwhelming. To our relief, this company’s experts managed it flawlessly. They helped us sort the packing timeline, coordinated the long-distance delivery, and kept us updated every step of the way. Our things arrived just 2 days after we did, and nothing was harmed. We cannot say enough good things about them!

Please beware!!
I had to move my full-fledged office setup from ND to OH. I was demoralized by Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC lack of respect for our business. They showed up delinquent and didn't follow our instructions, causing us to miss important deadlines. It was a costly and unprofessional mistake on their part.

They were fantastic from start to finish.
It was my first time hiring movers from here and it was perfect. The movers didn’t rush the process and took their time in attending to every tiny thing. They never showed any signs of exhaustion despite working. Highly recommend them!

Unethical Broker Who Failed to Act on My Behalf
Nationwide Moving Solutions acted as the broker for my move from Arizona to Washington. They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.
