The service today was outstanding. It was consistently excellent when Joe was in charge, and his team was well-prepared and quick. They were attentive, cleaned up after themselves, and handled our belongings with care.
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!
My move involved a huge dining table. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC wrapped it in blankets and carried it safely through narrow doors. It arrived perfectly.
The elevator in my new apartment broke down right when we arrived, but Brett and his partner didn't skip a beat. They carried my sofa and dresser up three flights of stairs without any issues. I was so worried about how it would go, but they stayed positive the whole time.
Nationwide Moving Solutions acted as the broker for my move from Arizona to Washington. They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.

In addition to their efficiency, the movers were a pleasure to deal with. Fun was had by all, and we were amazed by how smoothly the move was handled.
The team was a pleasure to work with. Rich was great in confirming our moving requirements and the team of 3 movers were exceptional, professional and competent. I actually wasn't there for the move but a friend supervised, so I did not get everyone's name. They were prompt, very careful, responsible, quick, wrapped the furniture and moved it with zero problems. Great value/price too. Very pleased with this moving service and will call them again! I had to move some gym equipment, including a treadmill and weights. David guided his team, used straps for lifting, and placed everything in the new basement without scratches on the walls. They really knew what they were doing.
The transfer to our new house was faultless, with rooms quickly sorted, everything placed appropriately, and nothing broken. Their cheap prices and rapid labor made the whole process easy, and we heartily recommend them.
