Since there have been several complaints about this company, the bank will get a fraud alert if you try to Zelle the payment. My bill was incorrect, and I was also misled to. My personal possessions were kept hostage as a form of demand until I settled up. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THAT.

They were meticulous with our valuables and made sure to thoroughly pad each piece. Packing took only few hours, and everything was delivered on the same day as well. Nothing was lost or broken. I scheduled help for unloading a container that arrived from out of state. The crew showed up on time and worked together to carry everything into the house. They placed my boxes in the rooms I pointed out, which saved me a lot of lifting. Even my sofa and bed frame were handled carefully.

They showed up delinquent and didn't follow our instructions, causing us to miss important deadlines. It was a costly and unprofessional mistake on their part.
Rich and his team's treatment of my grandma's piano is something I will never forget. They treated it with the utmost reverence because it was a cherished heirloom. They moved it up the stairs with the grace of a ballet company.
