The movers were fantastic—careful, efficient, and friendly. Rich checked in multiple times during the move, even after the truck had left, just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Absolutely atrocious! They promised to send an experienced team, but the crew clearly had no idea what they were doing. My leather chair now has deep gouges, and when I complained, they said, “It’s just furniture.” Unbelievable!
