The quote we got was not exaggerated and when we paid, there were no extra charges. Not to mention the move was executed flawlessly as well. It was all we had hoped for!
It was a hot day, and it could not have been easy to move, but the crew showed up early, kept hydrated and worked without complaint. They wrapped everything up so it wouldn't be damaged by the sun, even my electronics, since I brought them in the truck so they could be covered. It was quite an impressive attention to detail!
The dispatcher contacted me on the previous day to verify information, and the crew leader contacted me regularly during the move. No hidden charges and no surprises. Just solid work.
The team communicated clearly throughout the move and stayed organized. Furniture was wrapped carefully, and boxes were loaded securely. The job was completed within the expected timeframe.
I had to shift a few big appliances, such as refrigerator and washing machine. The movers did a great job in all the preparations and have made sure to put things in order properly, when it comes to bringing the appliances into the new home. Luckily, it was scratch and dent free.
Unfortunately, the moving service fell short of my expectations. The arrangements could have been handled much more efficiently. I would have appreciated better communication throughout the process. Overall, the experience was frustrating.
They were able to wrap all the couch cushions, tape down the drawers so they don't move, and easily disassemble the dining table. Assemble my bicycle at the new location without losing any bolts. They helped us do our move quickly.
