I was disappointed with the overall moving experience. The communication was unclear, and getting updates was difficult. The process caused more stress than I had anticipated. I expected a more organized service.
The unloading was as well planned as the loading. The remainder, larger pieces, were carried in first and the boxes worked through. They took the time to find out where we wanted our furniture to go before setting it up. They weren't going to leave it there. The extra effort was helpful in making the transition easier.
The quote we got was not exaggerated and when we paid, there were no extra charges. Not to mention the move was executed flawlessly as well. It was all we had hoped for!
