They showed up hours late, handled my furniture roughly, and ended up damaging a few of my boxes. I tried reaching out to their customer service for a resolution, but they completely ignored my calls and emails. Would not recommend at all.

They packed everything carefully and were efficient. My belongings arrived in Kansas City in 2-3 days in good condition. Cost came to $2,060 as quoted. My one complaint is that the crew arrived about 45 minutes late to pickup and didn't call ahead to warn me. I had to reach out myself to find out they were running behind. Everything after that went fine, but starting late on moving day added some unnecessary stress. Would still recommend Moving Hub — the core service is reliable.

They handled everything with care — wrapped the furniture, labeled the boxes, and made sure fragile items were secured separately. I was impressed by how organized the whole operation was. Everything made it to Miami in 7 days without any issues whatsoever. When I got the final invoice it was $6,600, same as quoted. No surprise charges, no last-minute fees. I've heard horror stories from friends who used other movers, but Moving Hub was nothing like that. Clean, professional, and reliable. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.
