Don’t trust this company even if the price sounds good! The sales rep was nice and informative and gave us a price that was about $2k lower than other companies. After we signed the contract and the refund window closed, a manger called us to say the scheduled truck was not big enough and they were not going to include any packing or supplies, even though the guy who gave us the first quote said it was all included. The manager then said the new quote was $9k additional to accommodate everything on our inventory list and do the packing, oh and now the deposit is non-refundable! We even knew how much weight we had and told the first guy, but the manager called us back to say the truck booked would not accommodate that much weight. Now it is also too close to our move date to get another company and we would lose our deposit of $4k. Now we have to pack all our stuff in one day to avoid paying the additional $9k. We could’ve used several other companies that were thousands cheaper than their adjusted price. Horrible customer service and they won’t even respond to our phone calls now.
