Read More My only reason for hiring Midland van lines was how cheaply they quoted. But for the same reason I wasn’t expecting a lot from them. When the men arrived, on time that is, they seemed a little lost. But within 10 minutes they found their groove. I suppose they were really accustomed to the job ahead. From there on, things only got better and better. They packed up everything very quickly and started loading them to the truck waiting outside. They were done with the job in just 2 hours. They made the delivery the next day. I was so pleased to see all my belongings in great shape.

Read More Our move couldn’t have gone any smoother. I’m usually not the writing review kind but I couldn’t help it after how well Midland van lines handle our move. The crew was absolutely fantastic. They didn’t waste any time and showed great skills while packing our belongings. They worked together while loading big pieces of furniture onto the truck. They really utilized the space within the truck very cleverly. I was very impressed seeing how professional and experienced these four men were. They delivered everything on time and in great condition. I will definitely hire them again.

The movers arrived right on time on the moving day. They were very well equipped and took very less time to finish packing everything. The loading process went smoothly. They delivered everything on the promised date and all my valuables traveled well. I enjoyed having them as my moving company.

They were very thorough with every little packing detail. They used enough packing materials to safeguard my valuables. The delivery was made on time and I have no complaints about anything gone missing. They unpacked everything for me as well.

Read More Don’t trust this company even if the price sounds good! The sales rep was nice and informative and gave us a price that was about $2k lower than other companies. After we signed the contract and the refund window closed, a manger called us to say the scheduled truck was not big enough and they were not going to include any packing or supplies, even though the guy who gave us the first quote said it was all included. The manager then said the new quote was $9k additional to accommodate everything on our inventory list and do the packing, oh and now the deposit is non-refundable! We even knew how much weight we had and told the first guy, but the manager called us back to say the truck booked would not accommodate that much weight. Now it is also too close to our move date to get another company and we would lose our deposit of $4k. Now we have to pack all our stuff in one day to avoid paying the additional $9k. We could’ve used several other companies that were thousands cheaper than their adjusted price. Horrible customer service and they won’t even respond to our phone calls now.

Read More We were relocating from a large home to a smaller rental, so we had to get a storage unit for the overflow. The movers helped us sort which items would go to the new house and which would head to storage. They color-coded the boxes for each destination. I really liked how they handled our furniture—some went to the storage facility, some to the rental. Watching them work felt like seeing a well-practiced routine. No item was misplaced, and I didn’t have to stress about mixing things up.

Read More This was the worst experience I ever had. They are brokers. They sent another company asap movers who charged twice as much on the day for a move worth much less by all other companies . The trick is they claim to have a low price at the start. The Midland dispatcher on site Shay had no communication with the ASAP driver and after paying 16k he kept demanding 3400. Save evidence of everything . Expensive items were broken, items like expensive heavy-duty equipment were not even delivered. The customer service is terrible. Each broker has a different contract, with fine print that they know they will trick you with on the day when they spring prices that are unwarranted. I will include later photos of how badly items were damaged. Stay away at all costs. They did not deliver half my stuff , made me pay 1000 for a shuttle and could not give updates. Worse yet, after paying thousands more than with any other company customer service could not care less about the trouble that they cause customers. This is not a company that cares about the customer.
