Read More I asked Midland van lines to do whatever it takes to make sure my valuables are transported safely. They agreed to it and delivered what they promised. The movers were great. They maintained their timings and worked very efficiently. As the boxes and everything else stayed inside the van, I was quite worried for them. But luckily, nothing suffered any kind of damage. The actual moving process with Midland van lines was absolutely effortless. I’m so glad they kept their promise.

I wasn’t expecting them to be exceptional. But they surprised me in every way possible. The movers showed up on time. The crew was very strong and energetic. My third-floor walkup apartment was a complete non-issue to them. They worked tirelessly for 2 hours to pack and load everything from my apartment. The delivery was made the next day and all my valuables were safe. This is the best moving company I have come across.

Their packing skills were seriously out of this world. Every single piece was packed so delicately. The moving process went without any issues. The delivery was made right on time. I really have come to expect perfection from Midland van lines. If they deliver anything less than that, I would be quite disappointed.

The whole packing and loading process of a 4-bedroom house took them just 2 hours. Not only were they fast, they were good at the job too. The proof is that none of my valuables suffered the slightest bit of damage on the way. They even unpacked and assembled my furniture at my new house. I am so lucky that I got these men to move my belongings. They displayed all that efficiency and they charged me the minimum for it.

I think I found every person associated with this company very helpful. They kept me in loop from the get go and didn’t get annoyed when I called asking the whereabouts of my belongings. I was so impressed seeing how professional and efficient the four movers were. They also unpacked everything when they made the delivery. I’m sure I will relocate sometime soon again and I will only hire them.

Punctuality is always very impressive. My impression about them only got better when I saw how efficiently they worked. It took them just under 3 hours to finish the whole pack and load process. Each piece of my valuables was packed with such great care. The four men wasted absolutely no time sitting around. They didn’t even ask for a break. They delivered everything on the first date set for the delivery. An old mirror was broken during the move but that’s it. Everything else traveled very well.

Read More Please read this before hiring them. This company is a total scam. Everything they promise is a lie. They subcontract local, unprofessional laborers who handled my belongings carelessly and caused extensive damage. The only smooth part of the process was the initial conversation with the salesperson, Luke Sullivan, who made everything sound perfect—but it was all deception. The day before the scheduled pickup, the office called to confirm a pickup window of 10 AM to noon. However, on the day of, the driver called and said he’d arrive by 3 PM. He didn’t show up until 5 PM. Two other so-called “professional movers” arrived 30 minutes later, reeking of marijuana and clearly under the influence. The first thing the driver asked was whether they had any tools, and they said no. That should tell you everything. They didn’t finish loading until 11 PM leaving several things behind, because they did not have room in the truck. The driver then told me he was heading straight to my destination and that I needed to be there to receive the delivery or it would be offloaded elsewhere and I’d have to arrange transport myself. Based on this, I changed my travel plans. The next day, while I was en route to Florida, I texted the driver for an update. He replied saying his plans changed and he no longer had my things—he told me to call the office. After about 20 calls, I finally heard back from another driver two weeks later. This second driver also gave me a 10 AM–12 PM delivery window—but didn’t show up until 7:30 PM. When they finally unloaded my items, about 85% of them were damaged. Some things were still usable, but most were destroyed or badly broken. This was an awful experience from start to finish. Avoid this company at all costs.
