Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
Packing an entire home wasn’t something I wanted to handle alone. Once I explained that, Menards helped me find movers who could include packing as part of the move. The team they provided really knew how to handle these moves and then offloaded all items without any issue.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. The wrapping and packing of my electronics were so tight and nothing got damaged. They made it a very stressful day go off without a hitch.
I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
I wasn’t sure who to hire for my move, so I went through them instead of contacting movers directly. Adam and the team matched me with a licensed moving company and stayed in touch throughout the process. The move went as planned, and my belongings arrived safely. I can’t thank them enough for how quickly they made it happen.
We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!
What stood out was how easy the packing part was. I let these guys know I needed full packing support, and they set me up with professionals who knew exactly what they were doing. All the things were labeled, protected, and arrived in perfect shape. Even my fragile items made it through without a scratch.
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
I didn’t have a typical move and needed something more customized. After sharing my situation, Menards Moving and Storage helped set up a plan that fit what I needed. I didn’t feel pushed into a standard option. Having that flexibility made the process easier to deal with. The movers followed the plan and completed the move without problems.
