Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.
Had to relocate across state lines on short notice due to work. I reached out, and William from this company handled the setup quickly without making me chase down details. The movers showed up when expected and got everything delivered safely. I didn't have to lift a thing. They even helped place a few electronic items where I needed them, which made unpacking easier. I wasn't expecting it to go this smoothly, considering how fast it all came together.
Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
The team that was found for my move did a solid job. They arrived on the day we agreed and stayed until the work was finished. I liked that the service was tailored to my specific needs for a move. Menards Moving and its team kept in touch with me to make sure I was happy with the progress. It was a good way to handle a move that felt too big for me to do on my own.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
My move didn’t fit the usual setup, and I wasn’t sure how to arrange each thing. With help from Menards Moving, I ended up with a plan that worked around my schedule and space. They didn’t treat it like a regular job. The crew knew what to expect and handled it without needing me to explain things twice. That kind of planning made it easier to move without missing work or losing sleep.
We didn’t expect to need help with packing until I realized I had over 40 boxes to deal with and barely two days to do it. They set me up with a service that handled every bit of it without turning the house upside down. Things were packed fast, but not carelessly. When I unpacked at my new place, it didn’t feel like a guessing game.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
