Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.
I’m way too old to be lugging a sleeper sofa down three flights of stairs anymore. I reached out to Andrew, and he found me a local crew that handled it in about twenty minutes. It was worth the money just to save my back. The booking was easy, and I didn't have to chase anyone for a quote.
They did a solid job with my move yesterday. The workers were focused, and they did not waste any time getting the job done. It felt good to have extra hands to help with the heavy lifting.
Moving is honestly my least favorite thing to do in the world. Menards Moving took a lot of the sting out of it by finding a reliable team for my move across the city. I liked that I didn't have to vet every single company myself because I just don't have the time. Everything went smoothly, and the price stayed where it was supposed to.
I bought a massive commercial-grade refrigerator from a restaurant that was closing down three towns over. Since I don't own a truck or have any ramps, I was stuck on how to actually get it home. I called Menards Moving and asked if they could find a crew for a single-item job like that. John actually found a local team with a lift-gate truck that was already in that area. They picked it up and had it in my kitchen in under an hour. It saved me from having to rent a trailer and try to lug that 400-pound thing myself.
I had a kidney transplant six months ago, and I am not supposed to lift more than ten pounds. My doctor said no pushing, no pulling, no carrying. I still had to move out of my old apartment. My sister called James and told him about my restrictions. He said we will send extra guys, so she does not have to touch anything. The crew that came moved my bed into the bedroom and placed my plants on the windowsill. I stood in the corner and directed. That was all I could do. It was enough.
I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
These are some of the movers to consider. The crew turned up on time, respected your privacy, and were dressed in clean uniforms and arrived in a clean truck. They were very careful with packing, added extra bubble wrap and padding for my fragile items, and treated all things with such care. I was amazed at their willingness to use the correct tools to take apart my big furniture units when instead they would push them through narrow doorways. They also tidied up after themselves, sweeping up the small pieces of packing material. Really appreciated the extra effort.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
