Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
I appreciated how transparent the pricing was from the beginning. The service matched what was discussed, and there were no last-minute changes. The movers worked efficiently without cutting corners. It gave me peace of mind during a busy time.
This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.
I have a massive rolling toolbox and some heavy shop equipment in my garage that most movers won't touch. I talked to Joseph, and they tracked down a team with a heavy-duty lift gate. It saved me from having to rent specialized equipment myself. I'm very impressed with how they handled the specific requirements of my move.
I was moving out of my parents' house and had no idea how any of this worked. Menards Moving made the whole process feel way less intimidating for a first-timer. They found a small local crew that was perfect for my budget and my small load. If you are a student or a young professional moving for the first time, give them a call.
These are some of the movers to consider. The crew turned up on time, respected your privacy, and were dressed in clean uniforms and arrived in a clean truck. They were very careful with packing, added extra bubble wrap and padding for my fragile items, and treated all things with such care. I was amazed at their willingness to use the correct tools to take apart my big furniture units when instead they would push them through narrow doorways. They also tidied up after themselves, sweeping up the small pieces of packing material. Really appreciated the extra effort.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
I was given a cost for the relocation, but when they were done, they informed me that there was an additional fee for the stairs. Please pardon me. When I made my reservation, I informed them that I reside on the third level. They're suddenly asking for an additional $300 for something we've already talked about? They were combative when I refused to pay the additional amount, claiming that I had signed a contract. Complete fraud.
I wasn't sure how to plan a move for just part of my apartment. I didn't need a full truck, just a few rooms handled carefully. After sharing what I needed, James built a plan around that instead of pushing something bigger. They arranged movers who could also unpack at the new place. I didn't have to compare quotes myself, which was a relief. It helped having one point of contact who kept the whole thing on track from start to finish.
