Extremely Disappointed

I'm incredibly disappointed. Menards seemed to be great to begin with. The gal that booked my move for an out of state piano purchase was helpful and answered all of my questions and assured me there would not be additional charges. I was comfortable with my decision. They used a third party carrier who rewrote the contract with several hundreds of dollars in extra charges, with only a picture sent via text with no reply to my questions or concerns. It has been over two weeks and they still have not replied to phone calls or texts. I have no idea when my piano will be delivered. Menards has not been helpful. I didn't realize they were acting as a dispatcher, they only wanted to take what money they could, and could care less about the service or what happened after they took their 1/3 cut of the move.

They did a great job from start to end.

Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.

It all worked out well!

I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!

Super professional and fast service.

So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.

100% SCAM!!

Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

Moving Made Easy.

We had to relocate across state lines, and our moving company, Menards Moving & Storage, made it easier. I was fearful of damage because we had so much furniture, boxes and fragile things! If I could do zero star I would.

The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.

Very Smooth Transition!

This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.
