Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
I highly recommend working with him if you can. He followed up several times before pickup to confirm details and made sure we felt prepared. The short animated video he sent on how to prepare for the movers was also helpful. You hear a lot of negative stories about moving companies trying to get one over on you, but that was not our experience. He was transparent and consistent the whole way through.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Menards Moving & Storage. I moved cross-country with them and there was not one moment of stress with them. Everyone on the team was exceptional. I am grateful for the care, ease and zero stress!
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
These guys came recommended for an inter-state move from the local mom and pop shop. Stellar job, packed up the whole house, put it on a truck, and it arrived 2 weeks later. Split the load between the new/temporary furnished home and the storage unit. Would definitely use again. Nothing broken in 200+ boxes.
Their team was professional and very efficient. The move out was very fast considering everything that needed to be packed, and the move in was even faster. They also had the COI and everything we needed to comply with our building's move out policy. I had to change the inventory a couple of times before the move out date and their team was super accommodating.
Menards Moving & Storage is THE BEST when it comes to hiring movers. They are fast, careful and efficient which were such a vital part of ensuring our residents had a smooth Move-In Day! We will definitely be using them again in the future and can't wait for future collaborations!
This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.
I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. The wrapping and packing of my electronics were so tight and nothing got damaged. They made it a very stressful day go off without a hitch.
